The Challenge
Ezer Cares, a telehealth practice focused on women’s hormone health, had three podcast interviews filmed in Denver and no production system behind them. They needed a show that ran on a schedule across five platforms at once (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Spotify), with two founders who were already running a company and had no capacity to manage it.
What SCC Did
Built the Whole Pipeline
Ten episodes produced and published in the first run, with 35 short-form clips cut from them, plus thumbnails, show notes, transcripts, and carousels.
Ran It on a Schedule
One episode a week, clips staggered daily, no gap longer than four days.
Measured What Mattered
Analytics set up across all five platforms, with a monthly performance review, so the founders could see what the content was actually doing rather than guessing.
Episodes in the First Run
- The Hormone Guru, Emily Gaeta, on HRT and Sexual Wellness
- The Peptides Every Woman Over 40 Should Know About (Brooke Howald)
- Your Perimenopause Started Before You Were Born (Nina Kimsey)
- It’s Not All in Your Head: Perimenopause and GLP-1s (Dr. Ann Czarnik)
- What Your Doctor Wasn’t Taught About Your Hormones (Dr. Screven Edgerton)
- The Conversation No One Started: Pelvic Floor Health (Erin Dean)
- How to Know What’s Actually in Your Peptides (Karry Stevens)
- The Panic Attacks Weren’t Anxiety. It Was Perimenopause
- Rescue Yourself: Why We Built Ezer Cares
- “Your Labs Are Normal” But You Still Feel Terrible (Paul Petronella)
What the Numbers Showed
The most valuable finding came out of the analytics work. On days clips shipped, the show averaged 8.1 times the views of days it went quiet. That held independently on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, all four significant at p < 0.0001, with a 0.93 correlation between weekly clips published and YouTube views.
That meant we could tell the founders exactly what the silent stretches cost them (roughly 35,700 views across 26 paused days) and exactly which lever to pull.
The cleanest proof: the one episode that received six clips instead of the standard three became the best performer in the entire catalog. Double the clips, triple the views, identical production process.

In Their Words
“Working with Jimmy was an incredible experience. He edited my podcast in a way that highlighted the key moments and made the entire production feel polished and seamless. Where he truly shined was in the teaser reels for Instagram, the content packed a punch, and my guest was so impressed she couldn’t even remember making such great points. Jimmy took care of everything from editing and intros to YouTube SEO descriptions and thumbnails. He’s positive, upbeat, incredibly talented, and an absolute joy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to elevate their podcast or video content.”

The Takeaway
SCC does not just produce podcast episodes. We build the publishing system around them, then measure it well enough to tell you which decisions are actually moving the numbers.
